Mumbai provides a wide scope for you to shop. It is not only restricted to international fashion brands and labels, but has a variety of boutiques; local markets and malls selling everything needed by the Mumbaikars. Those who are good at bargaining can get the things at half the price from the markets located at suburbs. The latest outfits, delicate brass work, unique furniture, home furnishings, exquisite paintings and many other things can be purchased from Mumbai markets. The malls of Mumbai have food courts and various entertainment zones besides stores for shopping.
Mumbai can be considered as shopper's paradise for all. Colaba Causeway, Chor Bazaar or Shor Bazaar, Linking Road and Fashion Street are the well known markets of Mumbai, from where you can get all the necessary things.

Chor Bazaar
Being located in South Mumbai, Chor Bazaar is regarded as the city’s pride in terms of shopping. Chor Bazaar or 'thieves market' is the oldest markets of Mumbai with a fascinating history of more than 150 years. It was formerly known as Shor Bazaar or 'noisy market'.

Crawford Market
You can get household items from Crawford Market. You will get everything from vegetables to poultry. Since 1966, it has been the main wholesale market of the city.

Fashion Street
Fashion Street is among the popular shopping destinations of Mumbai. An array of 150 shops are there providing junk and knick-knacks more than any mall or fashionable stores.

Zaveri Bazaar
One can get jewelry from Zaveri Bazaar which is one of the most popular markets in the city. It is the biggest hub for merchandizing of B2B and B2C. You will find thousands of shops selling precious jewelry.

Mumbai (Bombay) Nightlife

Nightlife in Mumbai is colorful and exciting with several clubs and bars and clubs serving the purpose of the tourists and locals in the city. The nightlife of Mumbai attracts the attention of the visitors. Most of the clubs have the policy of couple’s entry only with dress codes, where you get the opportunity to rub shoulders with Bollywood celebrities. The clubs also charge an entrance fee. The expensive 5-star hotels have attached bars, to provide you with air-conditioned atmosphere to drink.
Beer, spirits (particularly whisky) are the popular drinks. The readily available Indian wine is fairly palatable.
