32th Garden Tourism Festival Delhi 2019

New Delhi is going to organize the 32th Garden Tourism Festival from 25 February to 26 February, 2019 with the theme “Garden for Environment and Health”. This festival will be arranged at the “Garden of Five Senses”, Said ul Ajaib, Mehrauli Badarpur Road, south of Saket, New Delhi. The location is near to the Qutub Heritage Zone, which is easily accessible as it is situated nearest to Saket Metro Station. The festival will begin from 11.00 am in the morning and will continue till 8.00 pm in the evening. Garden Tourism Festival Delhi The Garden Tourism festival is held for three days, every year at the end of February. Being organized by the Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation, the main purpose of this festival is to create and strengthen the harmony between various countries of the world, while celebrating the season of spring along with the vibrant & exotic flowers that blooms every year. Highlights of the Garden Tourism Festival

Enjoy the floral show every day during the festival displaying an array of varied plants under different categories including potted plants, medicinal plants, herbs, foliage, vegetables, cut flowers, various types of bonsai, hanging baskets, cactus and many more. You can also purchase plants, flowers and garden accessories from the festival. Your children can enjoy in the soft adventure park and participate in the painting competition to be held on 25 February 2019. Children under the age group of 6 to 10 years, 11 to 16 years can participate in this competition. Other mini events like Magic Show, cultural programs, workshops & lectures on gardening will be there in the festival, in-order to promote the culture and tradition among the visitors.
