How to Reach Bentota

The closest airport to Bentota is Bandaranaike International Airport located in Colombo, which is about 100 km away from Bentota. Once you land, you can grab a taxi from the airport or you can book a private transfer to Bentota. If you’re in a hurry, there’s also a small domestic airstrip near Bentota where domestic flights or helicopter charters can take you quickly and drop you in Bentota in less than an hour. However, this is more expensive and not very common.
By Rail:
