Required Skills, Responsibilities and Duties
- ● Handling Tour Enquires for Domestic Market like : Andaman & Nicobar , North East , Chardham , Himachal Pradesh.
- ● Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
- ● Designing & preparing itineraries of holiday packages for customers.
- ● Handling domestic bookings & documentation.
- ● Correspondence dealing with transporters handling agents.
- ● Processing bookings by coordinating with the team and agents.
- ● Domestic / International Destination Knowledge needed.
- ● Should have experience in travel company.
- ● Attending to customer queries through emails and phones calls and taking regular follow up.
- ● Self-motivated, resourceful
- ● Should be a quick learner.
- ● Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.
