Required Skills, Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
• Designing & preparing itineraries for outbound, Domestic & International Market as well. 
• Handling international & Domestic bookings & documentation.
• Correspondence dealing with transporters handling agents.
• Processing bookings by coordinating with the team and agents.
• International Destination Knowledge needed like Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Korea,Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam etc.
• Should have experience in travel company.
• Attending to customer queries through emails and phone calls and taking regular follow- up.
• Self-motivated, resourceful
• Should be a quick learner.
• Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment
• Work collaboratively with team members, such as the marketing team, to develop effective marketing strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
