Climate of Lakshadweep
The tropical climate of Lakshadweep remains pleasant. It experiences summer with varying temperature from 22°C to 33°C. In winter, the temperature of Lakshadweep drops from 32°C to 20°C.
The islands of Lakshadweep receive rainfall in abundance during monsoon, which begins from June and last till September. If you visit the place during monsoon, then do carry a rain coat. The temperature gradually rises during March and April. People can enjoy the tropical climate throughout the year, in light cotton clothes.
The months from October to May are considered as the peak tourist season as the months remain pleasant during this period. Even the hot summer season seems pleasant as the breeze blowing from the sea makes the climate cool and pleasant. The canopy of coconut palms provides cold shade in abundance allowing the visitors to have relaxed moments.
