We ascended the mountain ranges to reach Rohtang Pass. Through Rohtang Pass, We descend down towards Leh. The flora and the landscape suddenly change to signal your entry into a different land. Travelling along Chandra and Bhaga rivers, we stop at Keylong , the district headquarter of the region. We start our Jeep Safari and a little further find our safari ascending to reach Baralacha Pass through which we reach Jipsa.
A little further from Jispa, there is a second pass Bara Lacha surrounded by thick snow presenting a stunning view of Trans Himalayan ranges. Further drive takes us to a flat grounds of Sarchu at an altitude around four thousand meters till the Gradual climb takes us to Pang. You may stop here at any tea shop for a filling and start safari for Morari plains leading to a short steep drive up to the second highest pass Tanglangla at an altitude of 17582 Ft. After descending down the rough road, we find a fine broad road to drive fast along right bank of Indus River. After crossing the bridge over the river, we find ourselves in Leh to explore it.
