Welcome to your Deccan Odyssey tour! Assemble at Delhi Railway Station, from where the royal journey will commence.

Settle in your designated cabin after welcome drinks are served, and trains move forward to the first destination, Sawai Madhopur. Dinner & overnight stay in Deccan Odyssey.

Khamma Ghani! Welcome to Rajasthan! Enjoy the surroundings as the train rolls into the wildlife destination. It is home to Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, with a large tiger population.

Experience a thrilling jungle safari and spot animals in the wild. Later, go for a village safari tour for an authentic experience and witness the locales of Sawai Madhopur.

Finally, return to the train as dinner will be served there. Overnight stay in Deccan Odyssey.

Today, the train reaches Jaipur, known as the “Pink City.” It is a historic city founded by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. Start the sightseeing tour of Jaipur.

Visit the marvelous forts, which will take you back in time. Also, visit the grand palaces like City Palace, which has a museum containing priceless artifacts. Hawa Mahal, or Palace of Winds, is also a major attraction of Jaipur.

End the tour by visiting the lively bazaars and indulging in retail therapy, then returning to the luxury train.

Start the day with a delicious breakfast onboard as you reach Agra in Uttar Pradesh. It is known as the “City of Love” as Shah Jahan built the Taj Mahal in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz.

Absorb the beauty of the white-marble Mughal architecture as you walk around. Click pictures with Taj in the background. Watch the Yamuna flowing behind the Taj.

This is followed by a visit to Agra Fort, another famous attraction in Agra for its red sandstone structure. Then, come back to the train for rest. Dinner & overnight stay in Deccan Odyssey.

On day 6 of the Deccan Odyssey journey, you will arrive in Gwalior. Located in Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior is one of the top-visited cities in this state for its Gwalior Fort.

Explore this fort’s architecture and grandeur before moving towards the train. After reaching Orchha, visit the city's famous Orchha Fort Complex and temples.

Get a chance to experience village life. Then, board the train as it departs for the next destination, Khajuraho. Dinner & overnight stay in Deccan Odyssey.

Relish a lavish breakfast on the train as it enters Khajuraho. The city is known for its Group of Monuments, world heritage sites.

They are India’s most extensive group of medieval Hindu and Jain temples. Visit the Chandela Temple complex and Mahadev Temple.

Afterward, return to the train as it moves towards Varanasi. Dinner & overnight stay in Deccan Odyssey.

Once you arrive in Varanasi, munch your breakfast, and deboard. Start exploring Varanasi, one of the planet’s oldest living cities that houses many ancient temples.

The city is believed to free you from the cycle of birth and rebirth after you die here. Marvel at the magnificent temples and ghats. Watch the sunset as you enjoy a boat ride on the holy Ganga River.
