3 Nights / 4 Days - Kaziranga and Manas Wildlife Tour

Welcome to Kaziranga and Manas Tour!. Once you reach Guwahati railway station or airport, you will be received and escorted by a tour representative of Travelogy India. Then, you will be taken on a road trip from Guwahati to Kaziranga National Park. The park is around 230 km away from Guwahati and it takes around 5 hours to reach via road transportation.

Once you reach Kaziranga, you will be checked into a jungle lodge. Rest of the day is free. You can choose to rest in the lodge or explore the region around the lodge.

Overnight stay in Kaziranga.

The day starts very early in the morning, even before breakfast. You will be taken on an hour long ride inside Kaziranga National Park. After ride, you will be taken back to the lodge for breakfast.

After breakfast, you will be taken on the Jeep safari into the park. This is the right time to spot one-horned rhino, water buffalo, and tiger.

After safari, you will be taken back to the lodge for lunch and brief rest. Post lunch, you will be taken on a Jeep safari to the Eastern Agaratuli Range region of the park. This area is quite famous for spotting birds like spot-billed pelicans, Pallas’ fish eagle, and others. You can spot numerous waterfowls and woodland birds during this safari. You will also spot elephants, swamp deer, and water buffalo in this region.

After safari, you will be taken to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, the checkout formalities start in the Kaziranga jungle lodge. Later, you will be taken on a road trip to Manas.

Manas is around 289 km away from Kaziranga national park. It would take around seven hours to reach Manas from Kaziranga. Once you reach Manas, you will be checked into a jungle lodge.

The rest of the day is free. You can choose to explore the regions around the lodge, if you wish. Manas National Park is the state’s only tiger reserve and is also famous for birdwatching.

Overnight stay and dinner in Manas jungle lodge.

Before breakfast, you will be taken on an early morning ride to Manas National Park. After ride, you will return to the lodge for breakfast. Post breakfast, you will be taken on a jeep safari through the Mathanguri- Uchila Road.

After safari, you will be back to the lodge for lunch. After lunch and a brief rest, you will visit nearby village to explore the lifestyle and tradition of Bodo Tribe of the region.

In the evening you will watch the traditional Bodo dance performance by the local artists.

You will be taken back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, the checkout formalities start. You will be taken to Guwahati, which is 139 km away. After four hours of road trip, you will reach the city. Later, you will be transferred to railway station or airport to continue with your journey.
