Once you arrive at Leh airport by flight or by road. There are regular services from Jammu, Delhi, Srinagar, and Chandigarh. On arrive drop to hotel, Overnight at Leh.
On day 2, you can visit to some of the well renowned monasteries of ladakh;– shey palace, Thiksey, Hemis and stok monasteries. Apart from this one can visit Leh palace and local market of leh. Night spend at Leh.
Early morning leave for excursion to Pangong Lake 135 km from Leh - one of the most amazing Lakes in the entire Himalayas which is nearly 140km long and 3-5km in width more than half of which lies in Tibetan territory. Back to Leh by evening and free in the market. Overnight at the hotel.
Leh Morning visit Khardongla Pass at 18360 ft-world highest motorable pass. Afternoon visit 14th century stok Monastery. The monastery belongs to Gelugpa order or the Yellow Hat sect of Tibetan Buddhism. It was founded by Lama Lawang Lotus, the disciple of Tsong Khapa, in 14th century. The impressive 71 foot statue of Buddha is another tourist attraction at Stok, followed by visit to Ladakhi Family Home for local butter tea , Barley drink etc. Overnight at the hotel.
