Tour Itinerary

Meet our representative at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra Airport (IXB) and he will transfer you to Gangtok. Gangtok is the capital city of Sikkim situated at a height of 1670 metres/5480 feet. Because of the exposure to adventure, old monasteries, cryptic rituals, and festivals, Gangtok grabs the attention of nature lovers.

The whole city is covered with the beauty of colorful Orchids and Rhododendrons and considered the most visited place in India. Check-in to the hotel and take some rest. Go to the MG Road (Mall) and local shopping centers in the evening.

Stay overnight at Gangtok.


After early breakfast, we will drive to Changu / Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir to experience the magnificent beauty of nature along with the cold, serene water. It takes around 2 hours to reach. We will make permits one day before visiting. Tsomgo Lake is renowned as one of the holy lakes of this area. Lakeside temple of Lord Shiva, as well as the Primula flowers and other alpine plantation, increase the beauty of this place to a great extent. This lake remains frozen till April.

Have your lunch either on the way or at the hotel. Have some rest and take an evening walk through the local market.

Stay overnight at Gangtok.

Note - Nathula visit can be included in the plan depending on availability. It is a subject to make a direct payment to the driver. Nathula remains closed on Monday and Tuesday.


Check-out the hotel after breakfast and say bye to Gangtok. Our next destination is Pelling. It takes nearly 3 1/2 - 4 hours to reach Pelling by car. Pelling is at a height of 2072 meters / 6800 feet from the sea level.

Enjoy the picturesque beauty of the mountain Pandim, Kumbhakarna, Rathong, Kanchenjunga, Zopuno, Simbho, etc. fully covered with snow. This is an exotic location holding varieties of Rhododendrons, Orchids, historical sites, short trek routes, and wildlife.

Visit the botanical garden and enjoy the beautiful view Kanchenjunga ranges from the top of the ridge across the deep valley will be in your memory for a long time.

Check-in to the pre-booked hotel. Walk around the local area in the evening. Overnight stay at Pelling.


After early breakfast, move forward to sightseeing at Pelling. Visit Rimbi Waterfall, Rimbi Rock Garden, Khecheopalri Lake - a holy Buddhist Lake and it is believed that any wish in front of the lake comes true.

Later visit Khecheopalri Monastery, Kanchenjunga waterfalls, Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse ruins and the scenic view from the top of the ruin to the mystic heights of Kanchendzonga ranges.

Go to the helipad and shopping centers in the evening. Stay overnight at Pelling.


The post-breakfast journey will be towards Darjeeling. Check-in the hotel and spend the rest of the day in leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.


We will start our day by visiting Tiger Hills to experience the amazing beauty of Kanchenjunga, Mt. Everest, and other eastern Himalayan peaks at the time of Sunrise.

After a short break, we will ride on the toy trains of Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, famous as the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our next place to visit is Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, founded by Tenzing Norgay who conquered Mt. Everest for the first time with Sir Edmond Hillary. Here the main attraction is the equipment used on the climbs.

Then we will go to Tibet Handicraft Centre and visit the beautiful tea gardens. Enroute we will visit Ghoom Monastery. You will be amazed by the calmness of this place surrounded by the perpetual fogs.

A Tibetian village where you can hear fog-horn like sounds coming from the giant Gyeling pipes blown by the Buddhist monks from the rooftops of the nearby Yoga-Chiling 'Yellow Hat' Buddhist Monastery. We will go to two famous Buddhist Monasteries named Chholing and Darli.

In the evening we will visit the Observatory Hill locally renowned as Makal-babu-ko-thaan which means the 'Place of Thunderbolt'. It is said that there was a 'Red hat' Buddhist Monastery at this place in ancient times.

Come back to the hotel and spend the final night in Darjeeling.

Note - Visit to Rock Garden, Joy ride and Happy valley tea estate is a matter of direct payment and not included in the package.


After breakfast, you will be transferred to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport by our representative for your further onwards journey.
