Due to the geo-climatic diversity of the Indian sub-continent it fosters and shelters a wide range of wildlife which consists of nearly 350 species of mammals besides 1200 species of birds. Each region has something special to share. Most of the region witnesses the Bengal Tiger and the Asiatic Elephant.
