Bangaram Island, Lakshadweep
Bangaram Island is an international tourist destination, which is located about 250 miles away from the Malabar Coast of India. Amidst the chain of picturesque coral reefs and atolls, lies the Bangaram Island that contributes in enhancing the beauty of Lakshadweep Islands. The island consists of turquoise clear water, sparkling coral reefs, blue sky, silver sands, warm seas and a canopy of coconut palms.
It takes a boat ride with 20 minutes speed from Agatti to reach Bangaram. This island is also considered as one of the most exotic islands of Lakshadweep because of its white sands and crystal clear blue waters.
Tourists can get soaked in the sun, enjoy scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing and swimming in the island of Bangaram.
Note : Bangaram Island Resort is currently closed for some legal proceedings but home stay is serviceable.
