Jantar Mantar is an observatory in New Delhi, which was constructed by Maharaja Jai Singh-II of Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is a complex that has various structures for astronomical observations. There are thirteen instruments totally different from each other, which are used for various reasons like figuring out the planet cycles, sun, moon and other astronomical measurements.

It is a nice place to acquire knowledge and to move around. Jantar Mantar has some neighboring attractions like Connaught Place, Janpath, Agrasen ki Baoli, Palika Bazaar and Central Cottage Industries. There are several restaurants and food points, where you can enjoy delicious food. Therefore, it is a must to visit place in Delhi.
